NOVELTY - Durable aluminum veneer comprises substrate and functional coating coated on the substrate. The functional coating includes anti-aging layer and weather-resistant layer sequentially coated from the inside to the outside. The anti-aging layer is composed of 20-30 pts. wt. water, 5-20 pts. wt. aqueous acrylic resin, 5-10 pts. wt. rutile nano titanium dioxide, 15-30 pts. wt. vinyl trichlorosilane, 1-2 pts. wt. leveling agent, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-2 pts. wt. antifoaming agent and 5-10 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane. USE - The durable aluminum veneer is useful for outdoor curtain wall, curved surface curtain wall and other occasions. ADVANTAGE - The durable aluminum veneer has excellent wear resistance property, light aging resistance property, and strong adhesion between the functional coating and the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing durable aluminum veneer comprising (i) anti-aging coating on the substrate and naturally drying in the dark place to obtain primary product, (ii) coating the weather-resistant coating on the primary product and drying at a constant temperature to obtain durable aluminum veneer.
