NOVELTY - The transfer method of graphene film substrate involves spin coating surface of graphene film with a layer of organic colloid to form organic colloid layer, growing graphene film on substrate material having metal catalyst layer, spin coating surface with organic colloidal layer of graphene film, drying adhesive on surface of organic colloidal layer of graphene film to form tape layer, both ends of tape layer are not adhered to organic colloid layer, immersing graphene film adhered to tape layer in etching solution and adhering tape layer with organic colloid layer. USE - Transfer method of graphene film substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables transfer of graphene film substrate suppressing the formation of wrinkles and the generation of bubbles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The transfer method of graphene film substrate involves (1) spin coating the surface of graphene film with a layer of organic colloid to form organic colloid layer, growing graphene film on substrate material having metal catalyst layer, (2) spin coating the surface with organic colloidal layer of graphene film, drying at 80-185 degrees C for 1 minute-1 hour, (3) drying the adhesive on the surface of organic colloidal layer of graphene film to form tape layer, both ends of the tape layer are not adhered to the organic colloid layer, (4) immersing the graphene film adhered to the tape layer in the etching solution, (5) soaking the tape layer in etching solution, adhering the tape layer with organic colloid layer, separating graphene film and metal catalyst layer from the substrate material, (6) completely etching away the metal catalyst layer, repeatedly washing using deionized water, removing the remaining etching solution, (7) uniformly spreading the cleaned adhesive tape layer, the adherent organic colloid layer and the graphene film on the target substrate, immobilizing the graphene film on the target substrate using adhesive tape layer, setting the graphene film and the target substrate close together, drying, (8) drying the graphene film at 30-50 degrees C, completely evaporating organic water on the organic colloidal layer and graphene film, (9) removing the tape layer, (10) soaking the target substrate, graphene film and organic colloidal layer in glue solution, removing organic colloidal layer on the surface of the graphene film and transferring the graphene film to the surface of target substrate.
