NOVELTY - Producing graphene-metal oxide nanoparticle composite material, comprises either: (a) preparing solution containing graphite oxide, (b) preparing mixed solution by mixing solution and metal precursor containing neutral metal atom in solvent having boiling point of greater than or equal to 150 degrees C, and (c) performing high-temperature heat treatment at 500-900 degrees C by heating mixed solution in a heater; or (a1) preparing solution containing graphite oxide, (b1) preparing reduced graphite oxide (RGO) through thermal reduction or chemical reduction of the solution, (c1) preparing mixed solution by mixing solution and metal precursor containing neutral metal atom in solvent having boiling point of greater than or equal to 150 degrees C, and (d1) performing high-temperature heat treatment at 500-900 degrees C by heating in the mixed solution in a heater. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-metal oxide nanoparticle composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite material having coating properties, electrical conductivity, heat resistance, chemical resistance, heat dissipation, and electromagnetic wave shielding properties.
