NOVELTY - The heat exchanger has a heat dissipation pipe (1) whose surface is fixedly provided with a heat dissipation fin (2). A surface of the heating fin is formed with a first through hole (3). An inner wall of the heat dissipation pipe is provided with a wiring groove (4). A top surface of a base material layer is bonded with a heat conducting layer by an adhesive. A top side of a corrosion resistant layer is connected with a flexible layer by the adhesive bonding. The heat dissipation pipe is made of aluminum material. A heat conducting plate is made of graphene material. USE - Integral thin-wall fin tubular hydraulic oil heat exchanger for transferring heat of hot fluid to cold fluid in chemical industry, petroleum, power and food. Uses include but are not limited to heater, cooler, condenser, evaporator and re-boiler. ADVANTAGE - The heat exchanger and production technique can improve the fluid flow stability in the heat dissipation pipe, through the set of the wire groove, so that heat dissipation effect of the radiator pipe is better. The heat dissipation efficiency is high. The heat conducting plate can quickly absorb the heat of heat dissipation fin surface. The cooling liquid can be introduced through the annular cooling liquid groove so as to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the pipe.
