NOVELTY - Environmentally friendly nano-graphene ORT exposed gear oil comprises 45-55 pts. wt. polyester, 35-44 pts. wt. polyalphaolefins (PAO 300), 9-12 pts. wt. cyclohexanedicarboxylate, 14-25 pts. wt. high performance three component lithium complex grease, 5-100 pts. wt. nano graphene dispersion modified by lipophilic surface, 5-9 pts. wt. polyisobutylene (PIB2400), 1.2-2 pts. wt. aromatic amine antioxidants, 3-4.2 pts. wt. extreme pressure anti-wear agent, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. organic molybdenum friction improver, 0.75-1.2 pts. wt. metal deactivator, 0.4-1 pts. wt. rust inhibitor, 0.45-0.8 pts. wt. anti-emulsifier, 5-8 pts. wt. solid additive and 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. mold inhibitors, where the oleophilic surface-modified nano-graphene dispersion is specifically obtained by uniformly dispersing nano-graphene having a thickness of 3-5 nm in cyclohexanedicarboxylate,and performing ultrasonic dispersion treatment.
