NOVELTY - The method involves processing a wood substrate, and drying the wood substrate. A carbon crystal composite solution is prepared, and a carbon crystal is added into purified water to mix. The carbon crystal composite solution is uniformly coated on the wood substrate. The carbon crystal composite solution is penetrated into the substrate to prepare a blank plate. The blank plate is coated with hot pressing glue on a surface of the blank plate. The blank plate coated with hot pressing glue water is cold pressed, and the wood substrate is prepared with nano carbon crystal coating. The modified carbon material is graphene, artificial graphite or natural graphite. USE - The method is useful for nano-carbon crystal coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has heat resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and stronger compressive property and anti-shearing performance of the carbon crystal plate and increases the service life of the carbon crystal plate, which is not easy to break.
