NOVELTY - Graphene-based/nitrile rubber composite textile leather board comprises 80-100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator sodium nonanoyloxybenzenesulfonate, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 30-50 pts. wt. reinforcing filler and 0.1-20 pts. wt. functional additives. USE - Used as graphene-based/nitrile rubber composite textile leather board. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based/nitrile rubber composite textile leather board improves the strength, elasticity, abrasion resistance and conductivity of the textile sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-based/nitrile rubber composite textile leather board comprising (i) adding the nitrile rubber into the mill, the mixing speed of 150-250 revolutions per minute for 30-35 minutes to obtain the rubber main material and then kneading at 80-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, (ii) adding zinc oxide, stearic acid and antioxidant into the mill, the mixing speed at 180-280 revolutions per minute and grinding for 40-55 minutes, and then kneading at 85-100 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (iii) adding the reinforcing filler into an open mill, milling for 40-55 minutes at a stirring speed of 150-250 revolutions per minute, and then kneading at 85-105 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (iv) adding functional additives into the mill, the mixing speed of 200-350 revolutions per minute for 50-60 minutes and then kneading at 80-95 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (v) adding accelerator sodium nonanoyloxybenzenesulfonate and sulfur into mill, the mixing speed of 150-250 revolutions per minute for 30-40 minutes, then mixing at 100-115 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (vi) vulcanizing the product of step (v) under vulcanization condition of 150-200 degrees C and pressure is 10 MPa for 10-90 minutes to modified nitrile rubber material in the form of granular composition, and (vii) adding the modified nitrile rubber material of the step (vi) into a mold, stamping and molding to obtain final product.
