USE - Gear oil with long service life. ADVANTAGE - The product is energy-saving and environment-friendly, has strong commonality and oil changing period reaching 20 thousand kilometers, reduces people's use cost, waste oil and copper corrosion phenomenon when synchronizer is used, protects key portion, avoids abrasion under extreme temperature and operation condition, improves thermal durability and market competitiveness, and meets interest of enterprise. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the gear oil with long service life comprising heating synthetic base oil to 50-80 degrees C, and keeping for 20-30 minutes, adding extreme pressure anti-wear agent, bright oil, sulfur phosphorus type friction modifier and copper corrosion inhibitor into stirrer, adding synthetic base oil, stirring for 30-50 minutes at speed of 300-500 revolutions/minute (rpm), pouring stirred solution into sedimentation tank for sedimentation treatment, and pouring processed solution into filter. The mesh number of filter screen in filter is 200-500 meshes.
