▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Plating solution comprises 40-150 g/l copper sulfate heptahydrate, 20-120 g/l tris(ethylenediamine), 10-55 g/l ammonium sulfate dihydrate, 10-55 g/l sodium sulfate decahydrate, 0.1-2 g/l dispersant, 0.001-10 g/l nano graphene sheet and 10-40 g/l tungsten powder. USE - Used as plating solution. ADVANTAGE - The solution: has high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, specific surface area, superior lubrication, protection properties and wear resistance; and improves the arc ablation resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIM are also included for: (1) composite plating layer of electrical contact material comprising electrodepositing the composite plating layer from the copper/tungsten/graphene composite plating solution; (2) preparing composite coating of electrical contact materials comprising using the copper/tungsten/graphene composite plating solution to the metal base and carrying out electro-deposition; and (3) an electrical contact material made up of a metal matrix and a composite coating of the electrical contact material comprising a composite plating layer of the electrical contact material, which is electrodeposited from the copper/tungsten/graphene composite plating solution.
