NOVELTY - Manufacturing antibacterial and breathable compound yarn comprises blending the graphene nylon compound fiber, modal fiber, viscose fiber, bamboo fiber and polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber, adding 1.5% antistatic agent and 1.5% moisturizer before blending, conveying the blended fiber to a cotton box blender, forming into a cotton roll using a roll forming machine with a cotton roll weight of 370-420 g/m, manual proportioning, mixing cotton, opening cotton, carding cotton, mixing cotton continuous weighing quantitative feeding in the mixed cotton bin, softly opening through the negative pressure of the fan, using plunker-HSR1000 drawing frame, where the main parameters of the process are two-combining, the output speed is 240-260 m/minute, the draft multiple is 3-8, and the dry weight of the sliver is 15-18/5 m to obtain better fiber straightness and evenness, the draw roller spacing is 12x 19 mm, the roving weight is 4.2-5.2 g/10 m, and the twist coefficient is 50-60. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing antibacterial and breathable compound yarn. ADVANTAGE - The yarn has good antibacterial permeability. The method: is simple and fast; obtains beautiful finished product; and has high economic value. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for antibacterial and breathable compound yarn, comprising 60-80 pts. wt. graphene nylon compound fiber, 8-16 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 8-12 pts. wt. viscose fiber, 10-18 pts. wt. modal fiber, and 10-18 pts. wt. polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber.
