▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Non-enzyme sensor element (200) for detecting a concentration of an analyte, comprises a substrate (210); and a conductive layer (220) printed on a surface of the substrate, and the conductive layer having a working electrode (230), a reference electrode and an auxiliary electrode. The working electrode comprises: a porous carbon layer (231) connected to the conductive layer; a graphene layer (232) connected to the porous carbon layer; and a catalyst layer (233) electroplated on the graphene layer, the catalyst layer comprises a metal oxide and is used to oxidize the analyte. USE - The non-enzyme sensor element is useful for detecting concentration of an analyte e.g. volatile fatty acid, sugar alcohol and lactic acid. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to fabricate non-enzyme sensor element that is capable of rapidly and accurately detecting the concentration of an analyte with high sensitivity, and is sensitive to environmental influence. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a non-enzyme sensor for detecting a concentration of an analyte, comprising the non-enzyme sensor element used to oxidize the analyte to generate a current; and a current sensor electrically connected to the non-enzyme sensor element and for converting the current to a concentration signal. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a sectional schematic view of the non-enzyme sensor element.
