NOVELTY - The photo-enhanced supercapacitor electrode material comprises vanadium pentoxide nanowires which are loaded on reducing graphene oxide nanosheet formed on a composite material film and a transparent conductive substrate (2), where the composite film is attached to the transparent conductivity substrate. USE - Photo-enhanced super capacitor electrode material for all-solid-state super capacitor (claimed) used for multi-functional electronic device or integrated device. ADVANTAGE - The light-enhanced super capacitor electrode material has improved energy storage characteristics (specific capacity and charging and discharging speed) of the light enhanced all-solid-state super capacitor. The electrode material uses the gel electrolyte to construct the full-solid super capacitor, which solves the problem that light enhanced super capacitor cannot work for a long time by the temperature limit, the complex system of solid-liquid combination is difficult to invest in large scale production and use, and the performance of the capacitor is reduced due to the loss of the electrolyte. The composite material film is attached to the transparent conductive substrate under the irradiation of the sunlight, under the visible light excitation condition, the photoelectron generated by vanadium pentoxide by illumination excitation can be conducted to the substrate by reducing graphene oxide and reducing oxidation graphene energy level.
