▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A multilayer structure comprises a sealing layer, and composite reinforcing layer welded to the outermost adjacent sealing layer, and excludes hydrogen from the transport or storage of gas. The sealing layer comprises a composition comprising semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer (I), and having fictive temperature (Tf) measured according to ISO 11357-3 of less than 280 degrees C, preferably less than 265 degrees C. The composite reinforcing layer comprises a fibrous material in the form of continuous fibers impregnated with a composition predominantly comprising at least one thermoplastic polymer (II), and having glass transition temperature (Tg) according to ISO 113573:2013 which is more than 20 degrees C than maximum temperature of the structure, preferably more than 100 degrees C. USE - Multilayer structure e.g. flexible pipe (claimed), reservoir, and tube used in underwater device for transporting or storing gas or for exploiting of oil or gas application under sea. ADVANTAGE - The multilayer structure has excellent decompression resistance for drying, durability of welded component, and adhesiveness between the liner and the composite, creep resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A multilayer structure comprises a sealing layer, and composite reinforcing layer welded to the outermost adjacent sealing layer, and excludes hydrogen from the transport or storage of gas. The sealing layer comprises a composition comprising semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer of formula: P1i (I), and having fictive temperature (Tf) measured according to ISO 11357-3 of less than 280 degrees C, preferably less than 265 degrees C. The composite reinforcing layer comprises a fibrous material in the form of continuous fibers impregnated with a composition predominantly comprising at least one thermoplastic polymer of formula: P2j (II), and having glass transition temperature (Tg) according to ISO 113573:2013 which is more than 20 degrees C than maximum temperature of the structure, preferably more than 100 degrees C. i = 1-n; n = number of waterproofing layers; j = 1-m;and m = number of reinforcing layers. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the multilayer structure, which involves welding the reinforcing layer to the sealing layer.
