▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Structured carbon aerogel based on 3D printing comprises carbon aerogel, that is obtained by printing a graphene oxide/polyamic acid hydrogel through a 3D printer to a set structure, followed by freeze drying, thermal imidization, and carbonization. USE - Structured carbon aerogel based on 3D printing. ADVANTAGE - Structured carbon aerogel based on 3D printing can maintain a 3D printing structure well, and has accurate, effective, simple operating, environmentally friendly, and green chemical preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a structured carbon aerogel based on 3D printing, which involves: (A) dissolving the water-soluble polyamic acid in the graphene oxide dispersion and stirring uniformly to obtain a graphene oxide/polyamic acid sol, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide to water-soluble polyamic acid is 1-8:1; (B) allowing the graphene oxide/polyamic acid sol to stand, performing sol-gel process to obtain graphene oxide/polyamic acid hydrogel, transferring the graphene oxide/polyamic acid hydrogel in into a syringe, and ultrasonically, printing a set structure through a 3D printer to obtain a structured graphene oxide/polyamic acid hydrogel; and (C) freeze-drying the structured graphene oxide/polyamic acid hydrogel, and subjecting the obtained graphene oxide/polyamic acid aerogel to thermal imidization and carbonization to obtain the required product.
