NOVELTY - A lightweight graphene nylon composite material comprises 60-85 wt.% foaming casting nylon, 2-5 wt.% graphene, 1-2 wt.% wear resisting agent, 2-5 wt.% heat conducting filler, 3-10 wt.% lubricating dispersant, 5-15 wt.% toughener and 5-10 wt.% flame retardant. The foaming casting nylon comprises 70-80 wt.% amide monomer, 1-30 wt.% catalyst, 8-10 wt.% cocatalyst, 6-10 wt.% foaming agent and 5-10 wt.% toughener. USE - Lightweight graphene nylon composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material is lightweight and more suitable for industrial production, and has good strength, toughness and thermal conductivity.
