▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Smart nano-scaffold based magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent comprises nontoxic nanomaterials functionalized with non-toxic organic fragments via aryl linker, optionally along with gene targeting moiety, where linker is a derivative of ethylene diamine or anhydride based organic fragment. USE - Smart nano-scaffold based magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent for early detection of cancer or brain tumor. ADVANTAGE - The smart nano-scaffold based magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent has improved contrast with relaxivity of r2 =~20.1 for sensitive molecular imaging, and exhibit a relaxation with r2=20.1 at a dose of 0.5 mg/kg, offer better stability in vivo under acidic media, easy to achieve site-specific localization of MRI agents, has improved circulation time and are specific in action and contrast for sensitive, and is prepared using non-toxic biofriendly materials such as cane sugar bagasse. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparation of smart nano-scaffolds based MRI contrast agents, involves: (A) synthesizing metal complex using linkxer fragment; (B) synthesizing organic framework bearing metal complex; and (C) synthesizing smart MRI contrast agent on nanomaterials; where pro-contrast agents are incorporation onto surface modified nanomaterials via esterification reaction.
