NOVELTY - Silicon/graphene composite film electrode comprises current collector which is formed on current collector by electrostatic self-assembly of silicon/graphene composite film. The silicon/graphene composite film comprises alternately laminated which is provided with layer of silicon film layer and graphene film layer where silicon film layer by electrostatic attraction is combined on current collector or on graphene film layer that is combined on current collector or on silicon film layer. USE - Silicon/graphene composite film electrode used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The Silicon/graphene composite film electrode collector has high structural stability, circulating life of battery, high specific capacity and high rate performance, effectively relieves silicon electrode structure damage, and improves circulating life of battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicon/graphene composite film electrode, which involves: (A) providing current collector for treating negative electrochemical to obtain current collector of negative electricity; (B) providing silicon material for charge processing to obtain charged silicon material dispersion; (C) providing graphene treatment to obtain graphene dispersion with opposite charge to silicon material; and (D) dispersing current collector of negatively charged alternating silicon material into belt charge and oppositely charged with silicon material of graphene dispersion liquid on current collector by electrostatic attraction of negatively charged depositing silicon film and graphene film layer to silicon/graphene composite film to obtain silicon/graphite composite film electrode which comprises alternately laminated and one layer of graphene film layer.
