NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide-resin-carbon fiber composite material involves adding modified graphene oxide in an acetone solution in the weight ratio of 0.15-0.25:1000, ultrasonically dispersing for 2-4 hours, obtaining uniformly dispersed modified graphene oxide acetone dispersion, stirring modified graphene oxide acetone dispersion and Fevicol synthetic resin adhesive in the volume ratio of 4:0.7-1.3 0.5-1 hour, mixing, obtaining graphene oxide-Fevicol synthetic resin matrix adhesive, uniformly coating graphene oxide-Fevicol resin matrix adhesive on both sides of the carbon fiber cloth by applying 600-1000 ml per 300x 500 cm, curing at 70-80 degrees C for 0.8-1.2 hours and naturally cooling. The solvent is mixed solution of N-dimethylformamide and isocyanate or its derivative. The mass ratio of N-dimethylformamide with respect to isocyanate or its derivative is 40:1. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-resin-carbon fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and stably provides graphene oxide-resin-carbon fiber composite material having interlaminar shear strength of more than 55 MPa at room temperature, tensile strength of more than 800 MPa and wear resistance of less than 0.025 g/cm2, by simple method with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The modified graphene oxide is obtained by preparing graphene oxide by Hummers method using natural graphite powder as raw material, drying prepared graphene oxide in vacuum drying oven at 60 degrees C, placing graphene oxide in a solvent, stirring for 36 hours, precipitating, filtering, washing thoroughly using dichloroethylene and drying in vacuum.
