NOVELTY - Brain-targeting graphene quantum dot is obtained by performing amidation reaction of graphene quantum dot and brain-targeting peptide. USE - The brain-targeting graphene quantum dot is useful in preparation of medicine for treating Parkinson disease (claimed) and high-efficiency loading and targeted delivery of lncRNA-Hh. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: brain-targeting graphene quantum dot gene complex comprising the brain-targeting graphene quantum dot and long non-coding RNA (lncRNA)-Hh, where the lncRNA-Hh comprises a 4394 base pair sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) fully defined in the specification; preparation method of brain-targeting graphene quantum dot involves preparing graphene quantum dot solution, adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDC) and N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) to activate, adding brain targeting peptide, stirring and reacting, dialyzing and freeze-drying product; and preparation method of the brain-targeting graphene quantum dot gene complex involves mixing the brain targeting graphene quantum dot with the plasmid comprising lncRNA-Hh.
