▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a polyaryletherketone resin or composite material ultrafine powder involves (s1) heating diphenyl sulfone for melting to obtain a diphenyl sulfone solution, (s2) adding a polyaryletherketone resin (A) or a polyaryletherketone composite material into the diphenylsulfone solution, heating until the polyaryletherketone resin is dissolved, (s3) carrying out cooling (C1) to enable the system to become turbid, rapidly stirring at > 600 rpm for 4-6 hours at the end temperature of 250-260℃, maintaining the rotation speed for cooling (C2), pouring the obtained suspension into deionized water after cooling to the discharging temperature of 200-210℃, to obtain superfine powder feed liquid, and (s4) sequentially washing and centrifuging the superfine powder feed liquid. The polyaryletherketone resin (A) or polyaryletherketone composite material is powder or granules. USE - Preparation of polyaryletherketone resin or composite material ultrafine powder used for preparing coating, three-dimensional printing powder, and continuous fiber reinforced composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, high production efficiency and low cost consumption, and is suitable for polyaryletherketone resins with various molecular weights.
