NOVELTY - Graphene acrylate nanocomposite emulsion, comprises 3.5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 34-56 pts. wt. fluorine-free acrylic polymer emulsion, 14-24 pts. wt. adsorbent, 3.5-6.5 pts. wt. lipophilic nanoparticles, 5-8 pts. wt. microcapsule containing oleophilic bacteria, 6.5-10.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, and 38.5-83.5 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as graphene acrylate nanocomposite emulsion. ADVANTAGE - The graphene acrylate nanocomposite emulsion has higher degree of fusion with the oil-water mixture, better fluidity, larger oil absorption contact surface, and faster oil absorption rate and more oil absorption effect; and is more adaptable to different oil-water separation interfaces, easy to use, and highly recyclable. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene acrylate nanocomposite emulsion, comprising slowly adding 14-24 pts. wt. adsorbent into a mixture of 6.5-10.5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3.5-8.5 pts. wt. ethanol and 11-24 pts. wt. isoamyl acetate at room temperature, stirring at 180-240 revolutions per minute for 5-10 minutes using a high-speed mixer to obtain mixed solution A, adding 3.5-6.5 pts. wt. graphene, 3.5-6.5 pts. wt. lipophilic nanoparticles into the mixture of 5-8 pts. wt. oleophilic microcapsules, 13-27 pts. wt. methyl ethyl ketone and 11-24 pts. wt. orange oil, and stirring at 350-450 revolutions per minute for 5-10 minutes using a high-speed mixer to obtain mixed solution B, slowly adding mixed liquid A and mixed liquid B into 34-56 pts. wt. fluorine-free acrylic polymer emulsion, stirring at a speed of 600-720 revolutions per minute while adding, and stirring for 10-20 minutes.
