NOVELTY - Graphene polycarbonate composite material comprises 750-850 pts. wt. polycarbonate pellets, 150-250 pts. wt. polycarbonate powder, 40-150 pts. wt. few-layer graphene, 40-150 pts. wt. multilayer graphene, 4-15 pts. wt. dispersant, and 5-15 pts. wt. processing aids. USE - The material is useful for electromagnetic shielding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good process formability, electrical conductivity and electromagnetic shielding performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene polycarbonate composite, comprising (i) mixing polycarbonate powder, few-layer graphene, multilayer graphene, dispersant, processing aid, polycarbonate pellets in a high-speed mixer for 5-10 minutes, at 400-900 revolutions per minute to obtain a mixture; and (ii) adding the mixture into a twin-screw extruder, and extrusion granulating, where the temperature and screw speed of each zone of the twin-screw extruder are: 215-225 degrees C in first zone, 225-235 degrees C in zone 2, 235-245 degrees C in zone three, 245-255 degrees C in zone four, 255-275 degrees C in zone five, the head temperature is 245-255 degrees C; and screw speed is 250-500 revolutions per minute.
