▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing a self-transformed multifunctional graphene composite material, involves (a) laying at least two layers of glass fiber-epoxy resin prepreg to prepare composite materials using vacuum bag layup and curing molding process, and (b) using the 10.6 mu m carbon dioxide laser platform working in vector mode to perform laser induction on the surface of the cured prepreg, the outer layer of the molded composite material, to generate laser-induced graphene with pre-designed patterns, and realizing self-transformed laser-induced graphene integrated on the surface of the composite material. USE - The method is used for preparing a self-transformed multifunctional graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method simplifies the fusion manufacturing process of graphene and the composite material, improves the preparation efficiency, improves the integration freedom of the functionalized laser-induced graphene structure, and enables the graphene composite material to have versatility.
