▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of carbon nanotubes involves subjecting a metal substrate to acid treatment in an oxygen-free environment, heating substrate at 600-900 degrees C, ultrasonically treating, placing substrate in chemical vapor deposition reactor containing gaseous carbonaceous material, supplying protective gas to the reactor and removing carbon nanotubes from the substrate. USE - Production of carbon nanotubes used for preparing graphene nanoribbons (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically provides carbon nanotubes with high thickness and shape uniformity, using simple process under controlled reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) carbon nanotubes; (2) preparation of graphene nanoribbons, which involves mixing carbon nanotubes and metal chloride in mass ratio of 1:0.8-1:1.2 at 460-550 degrees C and obtaining metal chloride intercalated carbon nanotubes, mixing metal chloride intercalated carbon nanotubes and acetone in mass ratio of 1 g:100-1000 mL, ultrasonically peeling after separation and purifying; and (3) graphene nanoribbons.
