▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A acetylcholinesterase sensor preparing method involves preparing graphene-nano-gold composite material by adding 2.0 mg graphene to 105 mu l 0.01M gold tetra chloro hydrate, processing ultrasonically till the graphene dispersing uniformly, adding sodium citrate, ethanol and water to form a mixture, adding 0.05M sodium borohydride solution to the mixture, stirring till the colour remain unchange, continuously stirring for 10 hours, centrifuging mixture at 16000 rpm, washing using water, precipitating resultant product, maintaining pH value at 7.5, and storing in a brown bottle at 4 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing acetylcholinesterase sensor that is utilized for detecting organophosphorus pesticide. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing acetylcholinesterase sensor with high sensitivity and stability.
