▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano-gold/graphene modified screen printing electrode preparing method involves preparing a graphene solution and adding a precursor solution of gold to graphene solution to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is coated on the working electrode area of the screen printing electrode, after drying and forming to obtain screen printing electrode with film layer. The screen printing electrode with film layer is connected to an electrochemical workstation and performing cyclic voltammetry scanning in the electrolyte to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing nano-gold/graphene modified screen printing electrode that is utilized for determining content of catechin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing nano-gold/graphene modified screen printing electrode in simple and reliable manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a nano-gold/graphene modified screen printing electrode prepared by the method (2) use of nano-gold/graphene modified screen printing electrode for determination of the content of catechins.
