▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Metal material for flame retardant steel structures, includes a metal substrate (1), and a fireproof coating (2) prepared by coating a fireproof coating on the surface of the metal substrate. The metal substrate is Q235FRB steel or Q345FRB steel, and the fireproof coating includes 50-60 pts. wt. pure acrylic emulsion, 30-40 pts. wt. polyphosphate amine, 25-35 pts. wt. pentaerythritol, 5-15 pts. wt. melamine, 0.5-1 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1 pts. wt. film-forming aid, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. thickener, and 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - The metal material is useful for preparing fire-proof boards. ADVANTAGE - The steel structure components are isolated from the surrounding fire environment by the fire-proof board isolation method, which has a fire-resistant effect on the steel structure. The base material is Q235FRB steel or Q345FRB steel, which has excellent fire resistance and high-temperature mechanical properties. The surface of the metal base material is coated with fire-resistant coating to further improve the fire resistance of the metal material, and has a broad application prospect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing metal material for flame retardant steel structures. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of the metal material for steel structure fire-resistant. 1Metal substrate 2Fireproof coating
