▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Magnetic separable carbon-loaded single-atom palladium catalyst comprises palladium as active material, nickel-coated graphene composite material as carrier and palladium is uniformly distributed on the surface of the nickel-coated graphene composite material carrier in single-atom form. USE - The catalyst is useful in hydrogenation of phenylacetylene to prepare styrene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst realizes the high-efficient hydrogenation of the phenylacetylene under a mild condition and can utilize the external magnetic field to realize the recovery and the cyclic utilization; is environmentally friendly; saves energy and reduces emission. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing magnetic separable carbon-loaded single-atom palladium catalyst comprising (a) taking nickel hydroxide and a hydrated citric acid as raw material, preparing magnetic nickel coated graphene composite material, (b) loading the palladium species on the surface of the nickel coated graphene composite material by depositing and precipitating method, obtaining the magnetic palladium-based nickel coated graphene composite material catalyst precursor and (c) adding the magnetic palladium-based nickel-coated graphene composite material catalyst precursor in a quartz tube, performing reduction treatment in the hydrogen atmosphere and obtaining magnetic separable carbon-loaded single-atom palladium catalyst.
