▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-cyclodextrin drug-loaded supramolecular hydrogel comprises graphene oxide modified cyclodextrin derivative (GO-β-CD), poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(propylene glycol)-poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate block copolymer (F127), α-cyclodextrin and doxorubicin. USE - As graphene oxide-cyclodextrin drug-loaded supramolecular hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The method better wraps doxorubicin molecules, the obtained supramolecular hydrogel has high doxorubicin drug loading rate and release rate and reduces the toxicity and side effects of doxorubicin molecules. The graphene oxide in the supramolecular hydrogel is connected with β-cyclodextrin in the form of a covalent bond, which reduces the toxic effect of the graphene oxide on the living system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the graphene oxide-cyclodextrin drug-loaded supramolecular hydrogel comprising adding GO-β-CD and F127 to deionized water under dark conditions, stirring, adding α-cyclodextrin, stirring, adding doxorubicin, stirring, leaving and freeze-drying to obtain the target product.
