▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive aqueous paint comprises modified polyaniline-graphene oxide composite materials and waterborne epoxy resins. The quality of the modified polyaniline-graphene composite material is from 0.3-2.1 wt.% mass of the aqueous epoxy resin, preferably the number of layers of graphene oxide in the modified polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material is 5 layers or less than 5 layers. USE - The anti-corrosive aqueous paint is useful for preparing anticorrosive paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The paint; has good corrosion resistance in a salt-containing environment; improves timeliness; does not release volatile organic compound and heavy metal ions; and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing anti-corrosive aqueous paint, comprising (i) mixing modified polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material and the aqueous epoxy resin to form the anticorrosive water-based paint, preferably preparing modified polyaniline-graphene oxide composite material by mixing the modified polyaniline and the graphene oxide to form a composite material by ultrasonication, preferably ultrasonic conditions are at power of 800-1000 W for 50-70 minutes and mass ratio of the modified polyaniline and graphene oxide is from 0.8-1.2:2; (2) application of anticorrosive aqueous paint for preparing anticorrosive paint, preferably, the preservative environment is a salty environment, and the salt content is 3-4%; (3) preparing anticorrosive paint, comprising curing comprises mixing the modified polyaniline-graphene oxide composite with a curing agent until bubbles in the curing agent are completely eliminated and mixing with the aqueous epoxy resin, preferably, the conditions for mixing the modified polyaniline-graphene oxide composite with the curing agent comprises stirring at 450-550 rpm for 25-35 minutes, preferably mixing with the aqueous epoxy resin for 10-20 minutes and curing at 25-30 degrees C for 60-84 hours; and (4) application of anticorrosion comprises providing an anticorrosive paint formed on the surface of the anticorrosive device with the anticorrosive aqueous coating, preferably, the anticorrosive device is a marine device.
