NOVELTY - High-toughness and high-conductivity inorganic solid composite electrolyte i.e. reduced graphene oxide-niobium pentoxide-lithium aluminum titanium phosphate solid electrolyte or reduced graphene oxide-niobium pentoxide-lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide solid electrolyte is new. USE - (T) is useful in solid lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - (T) has high mechanical hardness capable of preventing the growth of lithium dendritic crystal, and has high lithium-ion conductivity and high temperature stability; and solves the problems of insufficient mechanical strength and flexibility of the solid electrolyte membrane of lithium batteries in the prior art, difficult lithium-ion conduction, and high internal resistance. The method is simple, controllable and suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High-toughness and high-conductivity inorganic solid composite electrolyte (T) i.e. reduced graphene oxide-niobium pentoxide-lithium aluminum titanium phosphate (rGO-Nb2O5-LATP) solid electrolyte or reduced graphene oxide-niobium pentoxide-lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (rGO-Nb2O5-LLZO) solid electrolyte is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of (T).
