NOVELTY - Graphene heat-dissipating plastic material comprises graphene composition comprising 50-60 pts. wt. polyamide 6, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide colloid, 1-3 pts. wt. toughener, 0.6-1.8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 12-18.5 pts. wt. flame retardant, and 0.3-1 pts. wt. UV absorber. USE - Graphene heat-dissipating plastic material used for outdoor lamp. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heat-dissipating plastic material has excellent insulation property, UV resistance, anti-aging property, high and low temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, and low cost. It has convenient and simple manufacture steps. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene heat-dissipating plastic material by weighing raw materials according to proportion; drying polyamide-6; mixing dried polyamide-6 with toughener, anti-aging agent, lubricant, flame retardant, and UV absorber to prepare mixture; taking graphene oxide colloid and adding coupling agent; stirring and mixing to obtain pretreated conductive insulating filler mixture; adding mixture to conductive insulating filler mixture; continuously mixing to obtain mixed material; extruding mixed material into strip; and pelletizing strip to obtain injection molding material containing graphene material.
