▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Magnesium phosphate cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing concrete canvas, comprises a three-dimensional fabric and a magnesium phosphate cement containing electromagnetic wave absorbing components embedded in the three-dimensional fabric. The three-dimensional fabric comprises an upper surface adhesive impermeable layer, a sparse surface layer, a hollow layer and a dense layer from top to bottom respectively. The bottom layer of the woven fabric is filled with magnesium phosphate cement in the hollow layer. The electromagnetic wave absorbing component is composed of the magnetic loss absorbing agent nano-ferric tetroxide and the electrical loss absorbing agent graphene oxide, placing the concrete sail on the surface of the electromagnetic protection object to be constructed, making one side of the impermeable layer close to the impermeable layer of the cavity and face inward, spraying water on the densely woven bottom layer of the sail, and maintaining it at room temperature. USE - The magnesium phosphate cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing concrete is useful in in military areas, highly integrated, light-weight electronic component and electronic instrument. ADVANTAGE - The magnesium phosphate cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas concrete solves the technical problem of quickly establishing electromagnetic protection space or fast emergency electromagnetic protection for the building, and the structure is portable, the operation is simple, the service life is long, concrete canvas is three-dimensional interval fabric filled with cement powder, with the characteristic of cloth, and can be paved in any working condition. In the using process, it can be the same as cloth along with the outline of the cover to change the shape of the molding and also has waterproof and moisture-proof effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Magnesium phosphate cement-based electromagnetic wave-absorbing concrete canvas, comprises a three-dimensional fabric and a magnesium phosphate cement containing electromagnetic wave absorbing components embedded in the three-dimensional fabric. The three-dimensional fabric comprises an upper surface adhesive impermeable layer, a sparse surface layer, a hollow layer and a dense layer from top to bottom respectively. The bottom layer of the woven fabric is filled with magnesium phosphate cement in the hollow layer. The electromagnetic wave absorbing component is composed of the magnetic loss absorbing agent nano-ferric tetroxide and the electrical loss absorbing agent graphene oxide. The MPC is incorporated into the three-dimensional fabric from the sparse surface layer, and by vibrating the mold to fully fill the three-dimensional fabric, and coating the sparse surface with adhesive to form an impermeable layer, and placing the concrete sail upside down on the surface of the electromagnetic protection object to be constructed, making one side of the impermeable layer close to the impermeable layer of the cavity and face inward, spraying water on the densely woven bottom layer of the sail, and maintaining it at room temperature. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a structure schematic diagram of the invention a magnesium phosphate cement based electromagnetic wave-absorbing canvas concrete (Drawing includes non-English language text).
