NOVELTY - Preparing long-acting biological enzyme heat stabilizer involves dissolving graphene in distilled water and ultrasonically dispersing into a graphene solution with a concentration of 1.6-17 mg / mL, dissolving vitamin C glucoside, pullulan polysaccharide and trehalose in distilled water to prepare a mixed solution. The mass ratio of vitamin C glucoside, pullulan polysaccharide and trehalose in the mixed solution is (3-8): (15-50): (3-10), and the concentration of trehalose in the mixed solution is 3 ~ 10 mg / mL. The mixed solution and the graphene solution are input into a micro-channel reactor for micro-reaction to prepare a biological enzyme heat stabilizer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare long-acting biological enzyme heat stabilizer in simple, controllable manner, is safe in operation, and suitable for large-scale production.
