NOVELTY - A carbon nanotube/graphene composite material comprises carbon nanotube having sulfur atom arranged in a row in chain shape conjugated with a graphene. USE - Carbon nanotube/graphene composite material is used for producing transparent conductive film used as transparent electrode (all claimed) for semiconductor element. ADVANTAGE - The carbon nanotube/graphene composite material has improved electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of carbon nanotube/graphene composite material, which involves coating dispersion liquid containing carbon nanotube on the graphene, and removing the dispersion liquid; and (2) transparent conductive film, which consists of the carbon nanotube/graphene composite material.
