NOVELTY - Torsion-resistant aluminum alloy flexible cable comprises: a stranded conductor (1), an insulating layer (2), and a sheath layer (3). The insulating layer covers the stranded conductor. The sheath layer covers the insulating layer. The stranded conductor includes 0.02% graphene nano aluminum powder, 0.005-1% iron, 0.02-0.15% copper, 0.001-0.4% magnesium, 0.25-0.4% silicon, 0.001-0.16% beryllium, 0.005-0.15% calcium, 0.03-0.12% zinc, 0.001-0.08% strontium, 0.001-0.2% zirconium, 0.01-0.25% sodium, 0.001-0.1% vanadium, 0.001-0.12% chromium, 0.01-0.1% manganese, 0.005-0.15% gallium, 0.01-0.25% germanium, 0.005-0.25% niobium, 0.01-0.16% titanium, 0.001-0.1% ruthenium, 0.01-1% boron, and aluminum (balance). USE - The cable is useful for wind power generation. ADVANTAGE - The cable has high strength, high ductility, ozone resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, halogen-free, low-smoke flame retardant properties, light weight, good flexibility, easy bending, convenient installation and maintenance and good technicality and economy, which reduces the cable procurement cost and cable weight.
