DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified nickel lithium manganese oxide cathode composite material, which involves preparing lithium nickel manganese oxide particles, preparing hydrated ferric fluoride particles, mixing hydrated ferric fluoride particles and lithium nickel manganese oxide particles to obtain mixture (A), treating mixture (A) by mechanical fusion method, coating hydrated ferric fluoride particles on the surface of lithium nickel manganese oxide particles to obtain lithium nickel manganese oxide particles coated with hydrated ferric fluoride layer, mixing lithium nickel manganese oxide particles coated with hydrated ferric fluoride layer and graphene to obtain mixture (B), heating mixture (B), converting hydrated ferric fluoride layer into ferric fluoride layer, coating graphene on the surface of ferric fluoride layer, and forming graphene layer to obtain product.
