▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene powder is prepared from a graphene mixture, subjecting graphene mixture preliminarily to 200-240 watts ultrasonic treatment before the graphene powder is prepared, and maintaining treatment time at 40-60 minutes. The main components of the graphene mixture are 90-96 pts. wt. graphite deionized water, 4-6 pts. wt. graphene particles, 2-3 pts. wt. aniline oligomer derivative, 80-90 pts. wt. ethanol, 10-12 pts. wt. ethyl acetate and 2-4 pts. wt. polyvinylpyrrolidone. USE - Graphene powder. ADVANTAGE - The graphene powder improves the dispersibility and chemical stability of the graphene powder, is easy to disperse in the substrate or coated on the surface of the substrate, and greatly improves the applicability of the graphene powder. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene powder, which involves using first stretch the end of the tape on the peeling device to the side of the protective shell and sticking on the second side at the bonding area on the horn drum, rotating the hand to drive the No. 2 drum to rotate, pressing the tape onto the surface of the graphite layer, so that a layer of graphite is adhered to the tape in this area flakes, obtaining the graphite flake adhesive tape, taking out the tape and placing in the separation liquid mixed with acetone, dissolving graphite adhered to the surface of the tape in the separation liquid, and then subjecting the separation liquid to centrifugal precipitation and drying to obtain graphene particles, obtaining graphene particles, taking deionized water, graphene particles, aniline oligomer derivatives, ethanol, ethyl acetate, and polyvinylpyrrolidone to mix and obtain a mixed solution, stirring mixture on a high-speed mixer under a 200-240W ultrasonic environment, centrifugating stirred mixture and the drying precipitate in a vacuum environment at 60-70 degrees C to obtain the required graphene powder, where peeling device includes a support frame, one end of the support frame is rotatably connected with a drum through a torsion spring.
