▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a anisotropic graphene film of nano-imprinting comprises (1) taking thermoplastic polymer and configure it into a pregel solution of a certain concentration, and preparing the pregel solution into a film with a uniform surface by spin coating and solvent evaporation, and using the pregel solution in surface of the film is modified with polydopamine and adhering to graphene oxide, and reducing the graphene oxide with hydroiodic acid to obtain a graphene-doped polymer film, and (2) sandwiching graphene-doped polymer film by two poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) positive templates to form a sandwich model to obtain nanoimprinted anisotropic graphene films by one-step nanoimprinting. USE - The method is useful for preparing the anisotropic graphene film of nano-imprinting. ADVANTAGE - The nanoimprinted anisotropic graphene film has both a nano-scale hole structure and a micro-scale groove structure, and the micro-scale groove structure is used for culturing cardiomyocytes, inducing their directional growth and synchronous contraction. The nanoscale hole structure endows the nanoimprinted anisotropic graphene film with distinct structural colors and characteristic reflection peaks, which can change correspondingly with the contraction of cardiomyocytes, and can be used for visual sensing of cardiomyocytes. The method has simple preparation process, accurate and controllable structure and good repeatability, and solves the problems of complex preparation method and defective structure of traditional anisotropic structure thin films, and has great application value in the field of biomedicine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the anisotropic graphene film of nano-imprinting prepared by above mentioned method.
