NOVELTY - Preparation of digital inkjet three-dimensional printing imitation ceramic tile wooden floor involves coating hole-filling paint on wooden substrate to form hole-filling layer, coating hydrophobic paint on the hole-filling layer to form hydrophobic coating, inkjet printing decorative pattern on the surface of the wooden substrate, and applying wear-resistant coating on the decorative pattern to form wear-resistant coating to obtain finished tile-like wood floor. The hydrophobic paint comprises modified polyurethane acrylate dispersion, graphene oxide, azobenzene and PTFE. The modified polyurethane acrylate dispersion comprises 85-90 parts volume polyurethane acrylate dispersion, 3-5 parts volume silane coupling agent and 5-10 parts volume inorganic nano-powder dispersion. The inorganic nano-powder dispersion is mixed solution of inorganic nano-powder and dispersion. The inorganic nano-powder is nano-cerium oxide, nano-titanium oxide, nano-silicon oxide and/or nano-tin oxide powder. USE - Preparation of digital inkjet three-dimensional printing imitation ceramic tile wooden floor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared wooden floor is waterproof and moisture-proof, and has beautiful and real surface pattern, resolution of up to 9600 dpi or more, excellent wear resistance, anti-static property and durability. The hydrophobic paint comprises 86-94 pts. wt. modified polyurethane acrylate dispersion, 0.6-3.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5-1 pt. wt. azobenzene and 4-10 pts. wt. PTFE. The modified polyurethane acrylate dispersion comprises 85-90 parts volume polyurethane acrylate dispersion, 3-5 parts volume silane coupling agent and 5-10 parts volume inorganic nano-powder dispersion. The inorganic nano-powder dispersion is mixed solution of inorganic nano powder and dispersion liquid. The inorganic nano-powder is one or more of nano-cerium oxide powder, nano-titanium oxide powder, nano-silicon oxide powder and nano-tin oxide powder.
