▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a tilted grating fiber and a plasmon layer that are coated with a graphene silver film. The PBASE is used as a bridge to connect probe DNA and graphene. The inclination angle of the inclined grating region is 4-9 degree. The length is 0.5-2 cm. USE - Graphene-sensitized inclined grating optical fiber surface plasmon resonance sensor of tilted fiber Bragg grating surface plasmon resonance system, for low-concentration detection of small biological molecules (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The performance of the sensor is improved. The detection of the low-concentration biological molecule is realized. The high quality of the output signal is ensured through the TFBG oscillation mode control and micro-flow control system of the closed detection. The stability of the environment is detected. The utilization efficiency of the solution is detected. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of a graphene-sensitized tilted grating fiber SPR sensor; (2) a TFBG-SPR detecting system; and (3) a low-concentration bio-molecule analysis method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the graphene-sensitized inclined grating optical fiber surface plasmon resonance sensor. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
