NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene heat conduction film involves preparing graphene slurry, coating the graphene slurry in substrate, baking to prepare edge graphene oxide film (A), vacuum drying the film (A) to prepare partially reduced edge graphene oxide film (B), carbonizing the film (B) to prepare graphene film, and vacuum pressing the graphene film. The graphene slurry comprises 2-6 %mass edge graphene oxide, and has pH value of 7.5-8.5. USE - Preparation of graphene heat conduction film used in mobile phone chip. ADVANTAGE - The method uses edge graphene oxide as raw material, and reasonably controls the pH value, the obtained slurry has high solid content, which can be produced by coating, convenient for mass production, and does not need graphitizing process.
