NOVELTY - A single layer graphene n-butyl alcohol solution is prepared by placing 400-100 mesh graphite into organic solution, stirring for 30 minutes to 2 hours, ultrasonically treating at 45 KHz and 160 W for 30 minutes to 2 hours, protecting under argon gas at 80-90 degrees C for 20 minutes to 1 hour, ultrasonically dispersing at 60 KHz and 160 W for 30 minutes to 2 hours, filtering, washing with 2% diluted hydrochloric acid and water, drying at 60 degrees C for 2-12 hours, and ultrasonically dispersing in n-butyl alcohol solution at 60 KHz and 160 W for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
