ADVANTAGE - The tubular composite structure reduces carbon emissions into the atmosphere while also providing a safe tubular containment solution for traditional, renewable energy and municipal media. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: 1. a renewed pipe structure pair comprises a host pipe, and a tubular composite structure; and 2. a method for renewing a host pipe, which involves fashioning a tubular composite structure, and fitting the tubular composite structure within the interior of the host pipe.
