NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified emulsified asphalt comprises (i) mixing graphene with water and stir, and then homogenizing to obtain graphene slurry, (ii) adding sodium hydroxide and monochloroacetic acid and reacting with ultrasound, hot filtering solution to remove impurity ions, and separating by centrifugation and dried in vacuum to obtain dry powder A, (iii) stirring and mixing the dry powder A and absolute ethanol, add gamma -(2,3-glycidoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane to react in water bath, centrifuging and drying to obtain powder B, (iv) mixing powder B, alkyl glycosides, polyvinyl alcohol, boric acid esters, and polymethyl methacrylate to obtain a premix, (v) heating and mixing premix, styrene block copolymer, and polyurethane, and mixing with waste rubber powder, and (vi) heating and melting base asphalt, adding styrene-butadiene-styrene modifier and rubber powder, and after miscible, adding to fully swell, and (vii) continue swelling for 1-2 hours after shearing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-modified emulsified asphalt. ADVANTAGE - The asphalt has excellent physical and chemical properties in high, middle and low temperature; and adapts to various environments; and maintains stable quality for a long time.
