NOVELTY - High heat dissipation performance aqueous paint comprises 30-60 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene, 10-30 pts. wt. filler, 10-20 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 30-60 pts. wt. solvent, where the graphene has radial size of 1-100 mu m, and the number of layers of graphene is 1-3 layers. USE - Used as high heat dissipation performance aqueous paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous paint: is environmentally friendly; and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aqueous paint, comprising (i) adding aqueous resin, graphene and water into mixer, and mixing uniformly for 1-2 hours at a rotating speed 1000-2500 revolutions per minute, (ii) adding auxiliary agent and solvent into the mixer, then mixing uniformly for 1-4 hours at a rotating speed 1000-2000 revolutions per minute to obtain mixture, and (iii) adding the mixture into sand mill, high speed dispersion machine or three-roller machine, then grinding, and carrying out shear dispersion for 0.5-1 hours.
