NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene-coated alloy catalyst composite material, comprises (1) adding sulfate, a nano catalyst, a reducing agent and deionized water according to specific ratio into the stirrer and carrying out ultrasonic premixing for 1 hour to obtain a mixed solution, (2) placing the mixed solution in a multi-position photochemical reaction instrument, starting a light lamp, turning on the circulating water and reacting for 4 hours under magnetic stirring, (3) placing the liquid obtained in the resultant step into a batch mixing tank, adding a specific proportion of graphene and adhesive, and mixing for 1 hours, (4) placing the mixture obtained in the resultant step in a centrifuge tube, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain a lower layer mixed precipitate, and (5) washing the precipitate obtained in the resultant step for many times, placing into a melting furnace, melting and coating under the protection of protective gas. USE - The graphene-coated alloy catalyst composite material is useful in the field of catalyst preparation. ADVANTAGE - The composite material: is not easy to interact with active substance; has excellent stable chemical property, anti-oxidant heat stability and thermal conductivity.
