▎ 摘　　要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene without transfer involves ultrasonic cleaning and drying surface of substrate, depositing copper film precursor on dried substrate with copper metal organic material, annealing obtained copper film at high temperature in situ to obtain graphene/copper/base structure is etched using copper etching solution to obtain graphene/base structure. USE - Preparing graphene without transferring. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare cost effective graphene without transferring which simplifies deposition of copper film and carbon source and saves time.
