▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming (S110) a stretchable substrate on a process carrier substrate. A pixel portion is formed (S120) that comprises an emission layer and a driver layer controlling the emission layer on the stretchable substrate. A stretchable film divided into a low stretch region and a high stretch region is stretched in a plane direction. A graphene layer is formed (S140) on the stretched stretchable film. The graphene layer is attached through an adhesive layer so as to face the pixel portion where a portion of the low-stretch region covers a portion of the pixel portion. An organic material adhesive layer is formed with higher elasticity than the highly elastic region. USE - Method for manufacturing stretchable display (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides stretchable display having excellent compatibility with a flexible display process. The method provides a stretchable display with high elasticity and minimizes degradation of image quality. The excellent mass production compatibility is provided.
