NOVELTY - Method for preparing vulcanized cobalt-nickel electrode material, involves (a) dissolving cobalt source, nickel source and aqueous polymer in graphene oxide solution to obtain product (I), where the aqueous polymer comprises polyhydroxy polymer and/or polycarboxy polymer, (b) mixing product (I) and sulfur-containing compound to obtain product (II), (c) performing solvent thermal reaction on product (II) to obtain product (III), and (d) drying product (III) to obtain the electrode material. USE - The method is useful for preparing vulcanized cobalt-nickel electrode material (claimed) used in battery. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of easy oxidation or phase change, which causes the active material to fall off or powder leads to falling off or pulverization of the active material, and the obtained electrode material has high conductivity and prolonged service life.
